Poor Elegio. Trying to make an honest buck and hassled by the man, one speaking his own language no less, with a marked five dollar bill. "Lo bueno es en la trastienda" translates to "The Good Stuff is in the Back Room" which is an expression I suspect Elegio wishes he had never spoken.
